These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Focus Academy Global, represented by Stephane Browet, Erembodegemstraat 31, 9300 Aalst, Belgium (Company number: BE0871226086).

By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to the following terms.
1. Definitions

Focus Academy Global / Service Provider: The legal entity and its representatives delivering the services.

Client: Any entrepreneur, organisation, or legal entity that enters into an agreement with Focus Academy Global.

Services: All programmes, trainings, coaching, workshops, and related offerings described in a proposal or registration form.

Offer / Proposal: A written offer issued by the Service Provider (via website, email, or document).
Agreement: The binding contract formed once the Client accepts the Offer or submits a completed registration form. -
Parties: The Client and the Service Provider collectively.
Written Communication: Email or registered letter when required.
2. Acceptance of Terms
2.1. All Agreements are subject to these Terms & Conditions.
2.2. Deviations are only valid if agreed upon in writing in advance.
2.3. By signing a proposal or registration form, the Client expressly agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
3. Obligations
3.1. Registration or acceptance of a proposal constitutes a binding Agreement once confirmed in writing by Focus Academy.
3.2. Due to the nature of the services, the Service Provider undertakes best-efforts obligations, not result obligations. No specific outcome is guaranteed.
3.3. The Client must provide all information reasonably necessary for proper service delivery.
3.4. Focus Academy may suspend or terminate the Agreement if the Client fails to meet obligations (including payment or information delivery).
4. Offers & Proposals
4.1. Unless otherwise stated, proposals are valid for 14 days from their issue date.
4.2. The Agreement is formed once the Client accepts the proposal in writing and the Service Provider confirms acceptance.
4.3. All prices exclude VAT unless otherwise stated.
5. Invoicing & Payment
5.1. Invoices must be paid within 14 calendar days, and always before the start of the programme.
5.2. Any invoice dispute must be submitted in writing within 7 days of receipt.
5.3. Full payment is required before the start, unless a written instalment plan is agreed.
5.4. Late payments incur statutory interest (according to Belgian law of 2 August 2002) and a 15% fixed compensation (min. €150).
5.5. In case of non-payment, Focus Academy may suspend all services without liability.
6. Duration & Termination
6.1. The duration of the Agreement corresponds to the chosen programme outlined in the Offer.
6.2. Services cannot be terminated early. The full fee remains due even if the Client cancels during the programme.
6.3. Missed sessions are non-refundable. Rescheduling is only possible under the conditions stated in the registration form (minimum 48 hours’ notice).
6.4. The Service Provider may terminate the Agreement immediately if the Client fails to meet their obligations.
7. Force Majeure
7.1. The Service Provider is not liable for failure to fulfil obligations resulting from force majeure or external causes.
7.2. If the force majeure is temporary, obligations will resume once reasonably possible. If performance becomes permanently impossible, the Agreement is dissolved.
8. Confidentiality
8.1. Both Parties must keep all confidential information obtained during the Agreement strictly confidential.
8.2. The Client may not disclose methods, working approaches, or proposal content to third parties without permission.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1. All materials, designs, modules, frameworks, images, and content remain the exclusive property of Focus Academy.
9.2. The Client receives a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the materials for personal purposes during the Agreement.
9.3. The Client is strictly prohibited from copying, modifying, distributing, publishing, or using materials commercially or sharing them with third parties.
10. Liability
10.1. All services involve best-efforts obligations, not guaranteed results.
10.2. Focus Academy is not liable for indirect or consequential damage, such as loss of profit or clients.
10.3. Total liability is limited to 75% of the amount actually paid by the Client for the specific service.
10.4. Training and coaching do not replace financial, medical, or psychological advice. The Client remains solely responsible for decisions and implementations.
11. Data Processing
11.1. By accepting the Agreement, the Client consents to the processing of personal data in accordance with the Focus Academy Privacy Policy.
11.2. Data is processed for client management, service delivery, and marketing.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
12.1. These Terms and the Agreement are governed solely by Belgian law.
12.2. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of East Flanders, Dendermonde division.
13. Complaints
13.1. Any complaint must be submitted in writing within 7 calendar days after the relevant session or service.
